Ham salad with yogurt sauce
200g of Izidoro extra leg ham
1 plain yogurt
1 tablespoon of orange juice
8 mint leaves
1 tablespoon of olive oil
How to prepare (15 minutes)
For the sauce, pour 1 natural yogurt, 1/2 lemon juice, lemon zest and a tablespoon of orange juice into a bowl. Add 8 fresh mint leaves, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt. Mix everything well and set aside.
Wash and cut the lettuce and the Izidoro ham. Peel the mango and cut it into slices.
Drizzle with the yogurt sauce and serve.
