Chinese salad with beans and Izidoro sausages
Ingredients (2 people)
300g of Chinese vegetable mix (sliced white cabbage, sliced carrot, bamboo strips, mushrooms, split peas, sliced leek, sliced onion, sliced pepper).
150 g of cooked red or butter beans
4 Izidoro sausages
1 tablespoon of olive Soy sauce q.s.
Pepper q.s.
How to prepare (20 minutes)
Put oil in a non-stick wok. Add the vegetables and the soy sauce. Stir for about 10 minutes. Next add the beans and the Izidoro sausages previously cut.
Season with pepper.
