Soy and Grain Sausage Hamburguer
3 cups of cooked chickpeas
6 Izidoro Soy Sausages
3 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
1 whole chopped onion
1 cup (200 ml) of tomato sauce
100g of breadcrumbs
½ cup of chopped herbs
¼ cup of chopped basil
Salt to taste (preferably sea salt)
How to prepare (40 minutes)
In a blender put the chickpeas, the Izidoro soy sausages, olive oil, garlic cloves,salt, and mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Transfer everything to a bowl and add the remaining ingredients.
Shape the hamburgers and fry them with a bit of oil until they are golden and crispy.
Serve on a plate or on bread with green salad. You can also add a little yogurt sauce and herbs.
