Pink sandwich
Ingredients
120g Izidoro Sliced Turkey Breast
1 cup (grated) beetroot
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of ricotta
Ground pink pepper (optional)
2 slices of wholemeal bread, rye or mixture
How to prepare (15 minutes)
Cut in thin strips or chop the Izidoro turkey breast . Mix the beets, chia, ricotta and turkey breast and then put in the bread. Serve it with a green salad.
