Ham, sausage and chorizo”Bôla”
1 tablespoon olive oil
500g yeast flour
1 cup milk
150g Extra Leg Izidoro Ham
100g Izidoro York Sausage
10 Izidoro Chorizo
150g sliced cheese
Margarine and flour to grease the pan
How to prepare (60 minutes)
Make a pastry with the yeast flour, eggs, milk and oil.
Grease a baking pan. Put a layer of pastry, a layer of meat, and a layer of cheese …( I always end with sliced cheese, before the last layer of pastry).
Next, bake it in a preheated oven at 200c for 40 minutes. Et voilá! The “Bôla” is ready!
