1 package of Izidoro Cocktail Soy Sausages
1 packet of shortcrust pastry
How to prepare (30 minutes)
Blanch the cocktail soy sausages in boiling water and reserve it.
Unroll the shortcrust pastry and cut into triangles. Then wrap the sausages with the shortcrust pastry starting at the long end.
Brush with egg yolk, and sprinkle with herbs.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºc. and let it brown.
