Quick noodle (shell shape) salad with Izidoro turkey breast and mint
To take to the beach or as a quick lunch. Try this lighter Hot Dog recipe
Ingredients
375g of noodle (shell shape)
200g of frozen peas
2 tablespoons chopped mint
125g Izidoro turkey breast cut into strips
1 teaspoon lemon zest
200g ricotta
Sauce ingredients
1 spoon of light mayonnaise
100g of low fat natural yogurt
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 clove of minced garlic
1 tablespoon lemon zest
How to prepare (20 minutes)
Boil the noodles and peas. Allow it to cool.
Make the sauce by mixing all the ingredients. Rectify the seasoning.
Now, add the sauce to the noodles.
At last, top it with ricotta, lemon zest and chopped mint.
