1 large can of white beans
150g Izidoro diced turkey breast
3 sliced Izidoro pork / vegetable sausages
1 sliced Izidoro poultry sausage
2 chopped garlic cloves
1 bay leaf
1 chopped onion
2 cups of chopped cabbage
1 cup of toasted cassava flour (optional)
1 red chilli
salt and pepper q.s.
How to prepare (30 minutes)
Sauté the onion, garlic, sliced chili and bay leaf in olive oil. Let it brown and then add the diced turkey breast and sausages, stirring well for 5 minute. Than add the drained beans and at last the cabbage and toasted cassava flour. Season with salt and pepper.
