Omelet sandwich


2 eggs
1 dessert spoon of skimmed milk
1 teaspoon of chopped basil
Salt to taste

1 tablespoon of curd cheese
4 slices of Izidoro Turkey Breast ham

How to prepare (15 minutes)

Beat the eggs and the milk. Season with basil and salt. Put the mixture in a heated nonstick skillet and let it brown on both sides.
Next, cut the omelet in half, spread the curd cheese, add the turkey ham and fold it.
Serve with a salad.
