Quinoa and Vegetable Soy Sausages hamburguer


1/2 cup of quinoa
1/2 cup chopped Izidoro soy sausage
1 chopped onion
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 grated carrot
1 courgette (only the skin)
1/2 cup of broccoli
1 tablespoon of cornstarch (to glue)

How to prepare (40 minutes)

Cook the quinoa in two glasses of water. Brown the onion well in the oil, add all the vegetables and stir until it is al dente. Next, add the quinoa, the Izidoro vegetable soy sausages, the cornstarch (if necessary, a little water), stirring constantly until it is well blended. Wait for it to cool down and make hamburgers in the size of a coffee saucer. Grill it and serve with tomato sauce and salad or eat on bread.
