Ham and Seed Omelet


1 yolk
3 egg whites
1/2 cup (tea) of Izidoro Upper Leg Ham ( large selection in strips)
1 spoon (dessert) of chia seeds
1 spoon (dessert) of sesame seeds
1 clove of minced garlic
1 tablespoon chopped pickles
1/2 chopped onion
Chopped parsley
salt and pepper q.s.


How to prepare (15 minutes)

Whisk the whole egg and add the remaining ingredients.
In a non-stick frying pan, put the mixture and let it cook over medium heat. Turn it to the other side to complete the cooking.
Serve with green salad.
