Izidoro Turkey Breast Wraps
Ingredients (4 wraps)
400 g of Izidoro diced turkey breast
1 cup of plain natural yogurt
1 crushed small garlic clove
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
2 cups of rúcula
2 medium diced tomatoes
4 whole or low fat tortillas
How to prepare (15 minutes)
Grill the Izidoro diced turkey breast. Mix the yogurt, garlic and the olive oil and set aside.
Roll the tortilla into a cone shape and stuff with rucula, yogurt sauce, tomato and the diced turkey breast.
