Mushroom and Izidoro York Sausage Omelette


1 egg + 2 egg whites
1/2 teacup shiitake mushrooms
1/2 cup of diced Izidoro York Sausage
2 tablespoons of sunflower seed
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
Salt to taste
Olive oil

How to prepare (15 minutes)

Beat the eggs. Add the remaining ingredients except the parsley and place on a platter greased with oil. Garnish with the chopped parsley. Bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
