Light Hot Dog
To take to the beach or as a quick lunch.
Ingredients
1 hot dog roll ( without the core)
1 soup spoon of light mayonnaise
1 soup spoon of light ketchup
Lettuce
1 Izidoro poultry sausage
2 soup spoon of light ricotta
How to prepare (10 minutes)
Cut the bread in half, remove the core, spread the mayonnaise and ketchup. Add lettuce and ricotta and finally the sausage.
