Izidoro “Woodpecker”


1 medium onion
2 garlic cloves
6 Spoons of olive oil
1 Jar of IZIDORO turkey sausages
85g Pickles
150ml of beer
1 tablespoon mustard
Salt and pepper
Parsley or coriander to garnish


How to prepare (20 minutes)

1- Chop the garlic, onion and pickles.
2- Cut the sausages into slices.
3- Fry the onion, garlic and olive oil.
4- Add the sausages and the pickles when the onion and garlic gets golden and let it cook for a while.
5- Add the beer and mustard. Let the alcohol evaporate a little.
6- Rectify seasonings.
7- Remove from heat and put the” woodpecker”in a platter.
8- Chop the parsley or coriander and sprinkle on top.
